Based on a tailor-made scenario addressing the clients specific needs, three facilitators role plays a communication and conflict management case by having active contributions of participants. They engage by providing opinions, guidance, suggestions to the characters at the stage but players don’t have to agree with them or obey their commands.

They need to be convinced as in the real-life examples.

Participants form opinions and groups, takes sides within the process without even noticing resulting in more complicated situations as well as complicated problems.
