Performance Coaching
Performance coaching is about reducing or eliminating barriers blocking the top performance and enhancing strengths to achieve more at the same time.
For this purpose, the gap between individuals potential and performance is identified by participation of all stakeholders at the first step.This awareness helps client to take the responsibility of their own development and focus on two or three areas that will affect performance most significantly.
After identifying the progress to be made, goals are set, action plans are conducted, measures of success are defined and results achieved are evaluated in a way that all steps create a feedback loop with both the prior and following steps as well as with the whole process.
Coach functions as a facilitator, enabler and mediator along the way.
Result is "continuous development".
